high collateralization, and low correlation.
Private market investments such as US bridge loans are an established financing instrument with defensive characteristics and stable income. Attractive, constant and, above all, uncorrelated yields compensate for the somewhat lower liquidity in relation to traditional fixed-interest investments. In addition, they offer significantly higher security through the collateralisation of a first-class commercial property.
Valvest Advisors AG is a private debt asset manager providing exclusively 1st tier mortgage loans on prime commercial real estate in the US. Working with strategic partners, unique investment opportunities are developed that are not dependent on market movements.
These interesting opportunities typically arise from idiosyncratic or event-driven catalysts, such as loan maturities, lease expirations or repositioning of commercial properties. Valvest believes that these short-dated mortgage loans are an appropriate investment in a disruptive economy where the functionality and desirability of buildings changes frequently, requiring repositioning. Valvest aims to finance during those repositioning phases when the value of the building is significantly reduced.

The founding parties of Valvest Advisors AG consist of experts in real estate finance and professionals with in-depth knowledge in institutional asset management as well as advising professional investors.
Valvest has formed a strategic partnership with an accomplished real estate specialist who has originated mortgage loans totalling half a billion dollars in the United States. Real estate development experience is used to assess the feasibility of real estate projects independently and quickly. In addition, project plans are validated by market data; extensive property and borrower research is conducted; market participants are interviewed; professional third-party reports are analysed; and on-site visits are undertaken. Due diligence is conducted by specialists with proven experience in their field, including Newmark Knight Frank, CBRE, Fox Rothschild, Fidelity National Title, etc.
The investment process is just as important as the investment itself. Valvest ensures transparency in every transaction to ensure that all parties involved, as well as investors, are well informed, and all interests are aligned. Honesty, reliability and a consistent focus on client needs are key components in everything we do. Valvest strives for long-term and trusting relationships with clients and business partners.
Due to the long-established network, investors in the fund benefit from a large pipeline of real estate investors throughout the US. As a result of the long, successful track record, many brokers and borrowers are recurring clients, ensuring a steady deal flow and increasing the likelihood of quality loans with established borrowers.
